The Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle
In the castle, you can visit five permanent exhibitions: The Treasures of the Pomeranian Dukes, which presents the memorabilia of the last members of the Gryfitas dynasty, From the Past of Słupsk – related to the history of the town and its inhabitants, The Historical Arts of Pomerania from the 14th to the 18th century, which includes a collection of gothic sculptures, Renaissance tapestries, arms and furniture form historical Pomeranian manor houses, objects form churches of the region and historic coins, At the shared table, or cutlery and culinary accessories from 17th to 21st century where you can see flatware and gastronomic devices.
During the summer season and fine weather the tower of the Castle is also available, with the exhibition The Panoramas and Views of the Historical Słupsk inside and a contemporary urban landscape beneath it.
Don’t forget to visit our temporary exhibitions on the last floor of the Castle.
In the castle yard, you can see a monument of Bogusław X, made in 2010 and in the castle gardens – a sculpture Racing boars from 1965. In the cellars of the castle, you can find a restaurant.
